The long-promised Twilight and Spike episode is available
After Coloratura's death in a car accident, Spike began being harassed by email and phone by an anonymous caller, who claims to have proof that the dragon was involved in the accident. He saw it in the parking lot where the pony parked her car before the fatal accident. The caller claims that if he doesn't turn himself in to the authorities, both he and those close to him will suffer the bloody consequences of his revenge.
So Spike became scared and paranoid, not wanting to leave the house. Twilight, in an attempt to make him feel better, decided to take the dragon for a ride in her car and bring him out of that state. Unaware that the threats he was receiving would come true, the unicorn would also be involved in that revenge after magically sabotaging his car. It's up to her to prevent a fatal accident.
